Our clinicians range from First Aid at Work instructors and first responders to paramedics and Advanced Care Practitioners, giving us the expertise to teach, train, care, and assist at every level. With real frontline NHS and A&E experience, we combine calm professionalism with practical, hands-on skills — whether we’re training individuals or providing medical cover on site.

Qualifications and Staffing
Basic / Community Level
• Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) – Basic first aid for low-risk workplaces
• First Aid at Work (FAW) – Full workplace first aider for injuries and illnesses
• Community First Responder (CFR) – Trained volunteers responding to local emergencies
Intermediate / Event Medical Level
• FREC 3 – Entry-level ambulance and event medical responder
• FPOS (Intermediate/Enhanced) – Rapid-response pre-hospital care qualification
Advanced / Ambulance & Clinical Level
• Emergency Care Assistant (ECA / FREC 4) – Ambulance crew member supporting paramedics
• Associate Ambulance Practitioner (AAP) – More independent care and medication use
• Paramedic – Degree-qualified clinician providing advanced life-saving care
• Specialist / Advanced Paramedic – Master’s-level clinician in critical or urgent care
